Our aim is to bring the personal back into Personal Training in a reliable affordable way. We know fitness and it shows, so nothing is more satisfying than showing you it’s never too late!!!

 

Our Personal Trainers know that a key component of a well conditioned, healthy body and mind is physical exercise. As well as burning fat, toning and shaping your body into a more desirable form, it also strengthens the organs inside your body. This makes them work more efficiently helping you feel and look years younger.

The Online Training Guru

As you can see The Personal Training Guru takes exercise and wellbeing seriously and it shows. We enjoy helping people realise their health and fitness goals, and we offer you the support and motivation to do so in a fun and enjoyable way. We usually start with an initial consultation with our Head Personal Trainer in which you can tell us about your current lifestyle as well as your goals (such as weight loss, toning or increased stamina). Then we will devise a personalised program, custom made for you.

All programs are set up to fit into your individual lifestyle and take into account your current level of fitness and any activity preferences (or dislikes) in order to give you noticeable results, fast and in a way that will last.

Venues are also your choice, if you prefer to workout outdoors, at home, in a park or elsewhere our Personal Trainers will ensure this is never a problem. Sessions are designed to put your preferences first.
